By undertaking any Viper training exercise and fitness video published on this site or any other, the participant confirms he/she is sufficiently fit and healthy to safely undertake the training videos listed and does not suffer from any medical condition which would adversely affect their ability to safely participate in all activities shown in any Viper Training video.
